Mental Health Practice Error Vignettes
This course invites learners to read and consider four mental health practice error vignettes published by DHHS, Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. Each vignette is followed by processing questions which the learner should independently consider before reading the commentaries provided.
Note: This course is approved for Florida CE requirements for Social Workers, and Marriage & Family Therapists, Mental Health Counselors and Nurses and other allied health professions. Also satisfies the Medical Errors requirements of other states as well.
