Description:  This 2 CE offering invites learners to read and consider four mental health practice error vignettes published by DHHS, Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. This should help learners determine how well they perform the risk assessment and analysis function implemented as part of root cause analysis. This offering meets Florida requirements for medical errors education for F.S. 491 licensed mental health professionals
