Florida Laws and Rules for LCSW, LMFT and LMHC License Renewal

Description:  This is a board approved 3-CE Florida laws and rules course for Florida Licensed Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Mental Health Counselors for license renewal. This 3-hour class presents the required laws and rules to aid professional counselors in avoiding practice problems, adherence to licensure requirements and protection of clients’ welfare. The laws and rules for mental health practice legislation and relevant administrative code include: F.S. 456, F.S. 491, and F.A.C. 64B4.
