Description:  Meets Florida requirements for 4 CE supervision education for social workers, mental health counselors and marriage and family therapists.  Excellent choice for all other behavior and mental health professionals. This study provides an in-depth discussion of supervision dynamics as well as other paradigms for looking at supervision dynamics. Six chapters include an overview the topic then in-depth discussion of dynamics including power, shared meaning, trust, dual roles, and isomorphism in supervision.
